Cheesy Potato Casserole
Ingredients
- 2 pounds hash browns, defrosted
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 pint sour cream
- 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Combine hash browns, butter, onion, soup, sour cream, cheese, salt and pepper
- Pour into 9 x 13 inch casserole dish. Bake for 45 minutes or until top is golden brown.
