Cheesy Potato Casserole

Ingredients
  

  • 2 pounds hash browns, defrosted
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup onion, chopped
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 pint sour cream
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Combine hash browns, butter, onion, soup, sour cream, cheese, salt and pepper
  • Pour into 9 x 13 inch casserole dish. Bake for 45 minutes or until top is golden brown.
