good mayonnaise

scallions
white and green parts, 6-7, chopped

fresh basil leaves*
chopped

lemon juice
freshly squeezed

teaspoons
chopped garlic

teaspoons
anchovy paste or 2 anchovy fillets

teaspoons
kosher salt

teaspoon
black pepper
freshly ground

sour cream
Instructions
Place mayo, scallions, basil, lemon juice, garlic, anchovies, salt and pepper in blender and blend until smooth.
Add sour cream and process until just blended.
Notes
Basil can be substituted with other fresh herbs you have available.
Dressing can be used over salads or as a vegetable dip.
For a deconstructed version of a Cobb Salad, serve the dressing over whole leaf little gems with bacon bits and croutons crumbs. YUM!
